Peach State Elite Cleaning provides residential, commercial, short-term rental, move-in and move-out, deep-cleaning, recurring-cleaning, and post-construction cleaning services as agreed upon in each quote, estimate, work order, or service agreement.
The specific scope, price, date, and conditions of a service are determined by the applicable quote, estimate, booking confirmation, invoice, or written communication.
Services not specifically included in the accepted scope may require additional charges and approval.
Quotes and estimates are based on the information available when they are prepared. Pricing may change when:
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material pricing changes before completing additional work.
Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. This may include providing working keys, door codes, gate codes, parking instructions, alarm instructions, and access to water and electricity.
Delays or inability to access the property may result in a cancellation or rescheduling charge.
Clients must disclose conditions that may affect the safety or completion of the service, including:
Peach State Elite Cleaning may refuse or stop work when conditions are unsafe, unlawful, outside the agreed scope, or unsuitable for ordinary cleaning procedures.
Payment is due according to the terms shown on the quote, invoice, booking, or service agreement. Clients are responsible for applicable taxes, authorized additional services, late charges, returned-payment fees, or collection costs permitted by law.
Payment processing may be completed through Jobber or another third-party payment provider.
Cancellation and rescheduling requirements may be stated in the client’s quote, booking confirmation, or service agreement. Fees may apply for late cancellations, lockouts, denied access, or appointments that cannot be completed because the property is not ready.
Clients should inspect completed work and report service concerns as soon as reasonably possible. Peach State Elite Cleaning may offer a return visit or correction when appropriate under the terms of the applicable service agreement or satisfaction policy.
Refunds are not automatically guaranteed and will be evaluated based on the circumstances, completed work, agreed scope, and opportunity to address the concern.
By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages, you authorize Peach State Elite Cleaning LLC to send SMS or MMS messages concerning your cleaning services and communications with our business.

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP.
After replying STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To begin receiving messages again, contact us or provide new consent.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your wireless provider, device, network availability, and other factors outside our control.

By communicating with us electronically, you agree that estimates, confirmations, invoices, disclosures, and other business communications may be delivered electronically.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and notifying us when that information changes.
You may use our website for lawful purposes related to learning about our business, requesting services, communicating with us, and managing your client relationship.
You may not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access, introduce harmful software, submit false information, impersonate another person, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
We may take photographs when reasonably necessary to document property conditions, completed work, damage, safety concerns, or service quality.
We will not publicly post photographs that reasonably identify a client or private residence for marketing purposes without appropriate permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peach State Elite Cleaning LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use, electronic communications, or cleaning services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
We use third-party platforms such as Jobber, payment processors, email providers, hosting services, and telecommunications providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and policies.
We are not responsible for outages, delivery failures, delays, or security events caused solely by third-party systems outside our reasonable control.
